The Company was incorporated in 1984, for the development and sale of real estate by the Director,
Dr Latif Kaba MBA, MCMI, LDSRCS(Eng).

Since then Elsak's activities have expanded, in the South East of England, to include the provision of Seed and Venture Capital and the Turnaround Management of businesses in both a consultancy and investment capacity.

The emphasis is on "business partnership" and "joint venture".
